Reserving the Back Room: A deposit of $100.00 and a signed room agreement are required to hold all reservations. In the event of cancellation, deposits are non-refundable. Applicable sales tax will be added to all bills. A gratuity of 20% is requested. Full payment is required at the completion of your event. Acceptable payments include cash, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover or Apple Pay.
Room Rental Fees: There is no room rental fee, a required minimum of $732.00 must be purchased on of our food and beverages packages through Samosky's, prior to tax and gratuity. All menu prices are subject to change.
Payment: Final payment is due prior to the completion of your event. In addition to the contract price, all events are subject to sales tax of 6.75%. A gratuity of 20% is requested on all events. Final payment can be made by Cash, Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover.
Food Package Options:
All Packages are for 40 Guests.
#1 200 wings (Bone-In or Bone-less, 4 Flavors) , 7 half sheets any kind, $732. Plus tax and 20 % Gratuity
#2 Bowls of large side salad for 40, Any Appetizer from menu for 40, 1 full tray or 2 half trays pasta (any type), 6 half sheet pizza (any Type), Soda, tea or coffee. $732.00. Plus tax and 20% gratuity.
#3 Bowls any Specialty Salad for 40, 20 Pounds House Smoked Pulled Pork, choice of BBQ Sauces, 40 – Buns, 1 – Full Tray of Mac & Cheese, 10 Pounds Baked Beans, 10 Pounds Southern Slaw,
Soda, tea or coffee. $850 Plus Tax and 20% Gratuity
Add on a tray of cookies for 40 $50.00
Additions: All food is ordered and prepared specifically for your event based on the quantities given with your final guest count. In the event in which food quantities were under-estimated, we will do our best to accommodate any additional food required to meet your guests' needs.
Alcoholic Beverages: All drinks are ordered and served directly from the server including soft drinks and coffee. A selection of beer and wine are available for additional charge. Absolutely no outside beverages are permitted in the party center.
There are 2 options available for beverage service.
1.) Cash Bar, Guests pay for their own drinks.
2.) Open Bar, All drinks are paid for by the host. With the open bar, the host has the ability to make limitations to the items available to the guests.
Cake Cutting: There is no charge to have us cut a sheet cake. All cake slices will be placed on a buffet table and not served to the guests at their seats. A $25 cake cutting fee will be charged for all other cakes. We can supply you with the plates, forks and napkins needed for your dessert.
